Sometimes the most difficult and pivotal part of the planning process is deciding in a theme. After a consultation we will develop a number of themes to suit your personalities and allowing you to kick start the planning process. You are then free to keep one or all of the themes for you to refer to during the planning stages.

 

 

 

We listen to your requirements and after thoroughly researching the desired location we will shortlist several possible venues within your budget and meeting the highest possible standards. 

 

 

 

If you are having trouble finding the right caterer, cake or car then leave it to me. I have the right contacts, recommendations and knowledge to know where to look.

 

Even the most organised and creative person can find comfort, be more relaxed and enjoy their day with the services of a professional coordinator to manage the day. We will take every detail of your wedding in a pre-wedding consultation so that on the day we can make sure all your well laid plans run as smoothly as possible. If you would like a little bit more help, then ask about our 'On the Day Plus' service, where we will confirm your final requirements with all of your suppliers and make sure everything is as you want it before the big day. We will also run through a checklist with you and make sure that you have dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's.   

We will discuss your day with you in a complimentary 'no obligation' consultation and put together a detailed pricing structure and proposal. We will also be happy to start with just a venue search or to go through ideas and themes with you if you are unsure whether the full wedding planning package is right for you and will take off the cost of this from the full package.

  

As an experienced Events Coordinator I am available to oversee, advise on and manage a variety of large or small functions. In the event that your party requires specialist experience or if it clashes with a prior booking then I can advise or recruit experiences and professional Event Managers.
